Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Medical Director to join our leadership team and provide expert clinical oversight to hospice physicians, ensuring compassionate, goal-directed care for patients. You will lead regulatory compliance, review and guide quality improvement, and oversee programs across Southwest Georgia.
The role requires medical licensure, board certification in Hospice/Palliative Medicine, and the ability to travel 15-25%.
