Gentiva seeks a Hospice Medical Director to provide executive clinical oversight for our hospice physicians, ensuring compassionate, goal-directed care and adherence to the highest medical standards.
You will lead interdisciplinary teams, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives across Northeast Georgia programs. This role requires strong leadership and a track record in hospice/palliative medicine.
