Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients. You will oversee regulatory compliance, lead interdisciplinary teams, and guide quality improvement efforts to optimize patient outcomes.
In this role you will certify eligibility, conduct home visits, and coordinate 24/7 on-call coverage while maintaining thorough medical documentation and collaborating with community partners.
