Job description
Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, seeks a Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for patients. You will oversee regulatory compliance, lead IDG discussions, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams while invoicing Gentiva for services rendered.
The role requires board certification, an active license, NPI/DEA, and travel of 15–25%. You will contribute to quality initiatives and partner with community healthcare providers to expand access to hospice services.
