Job description
Affinity Hospice Management LLC seeks a Medical Director to provide overall medical direction for our hospice program in Virginia. The role includes medical leadership of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, and serving as a clinical resource for physicians and staff.
You will review plans of care, contribute to quality improvement, participate in policy development, and represent the program to physicians and referral sources.
