Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Medical Director to lead medical oversight across our San Antonio, Harlingen, Corpus Christi, Beeville, Victoria, and Pleasanton branches. You will certify eligibility, supervise physicians, and coordinate 24/7 on-call coverage to ensure compassionate, compliant patient care.
Requirements include MD/DO, ABMS/AOA board certification, and Hospice Certification. Travel of 15-25% is expected, with robust leadership and regulatory expertise driving QAPI initiatives.
