Job description

AccentCare, Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Hospice Medical Director & Team Physician for a part-time, hybrid role.

You will provide medical leadership for hospice services, oversee eligibility determinations, symptom management, care planning, and regulatory compliance, while also delivering direct patient care and mentoring physicians and staff. The ideal candidate is an MD/DO with hospice/palliative expertise, active DEA license, and a collaborative approach to interdisciplinary teams.
