Job description
Reserve Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team providing expert hospice, palliative, and grief support. You will deliver direct patient care within the NP scope, participate in setting practice standards, and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team in end‑of‑life care.
The role requires current Ohio NP licensure, an Ohio Certificate of Authority, and a Master of Nursing degree, with a minimum of two years in a clinical setting.
