Job description
Butterfly Hospice of Orange County in California is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our patient-centered care team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and manage pain and symptoms for patients nearing end of life.
Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you will educate families, coordinate care, and document care in the EMR.
