Job description
Four Pillars Hospice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to oversee clinical care for patients and families, consult with physicians, and provide direction to the IDG/T to ensure quality hospice care.
The NP will collaborate on plans of care, educate patients and families about disease and end-of-life care, perform visits, and train staff as needed. On-call duties and travel within the region are expected.
