Job description
AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Hospice Nurse Practitioner in Hartford County, MD. This on-site role covers Bel Air, Belcamp, Hartford and surrounding areas with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year, with a mix of facility and home-based coverage and travel to multiple sites as required. The Hospice NP will coordinate with physicians, manage patient progress, oversee care plans with the team, and prescribe medications where allowed by state
