Job description
Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our hospice care team in Essex County. This role involves conducting medical examinations, providing palliative care, and documenting patients' clinical records. Candidates must hold a master’s degree and be nationally certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience and demonstrate compassion in a hospice setting. The position offers a pay rate of $125 per client visit.
