Job description
Redeemer Health in New Jersey seeks an experienced hospice and palliative nurse to deliver quality care across settings including community, nursing homes, and inpatient hospice. You will develop and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans for patients and families, while pursuing ongoing professional development in end-of-life care.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Minimum 1 year med/surg, nursing home, or rehab, or 2 years as a professional nurse; 1 year home care
