Job description
Summa Health at Home and Hospice is seeking a Director of Nursing Hospice (DON) to lead patient assessment, care planning, and clinical supervision across hospice services. The DON will back up the Executive Director and coordinate care with physicians while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes.
The role requires RN licensure in Ohio, with prior hospice leadership experience across multiple sites.
