Job description
Metropolitan Jewish Health System, Inc. in New York seeks an experienced Hospice Associate Director of Patient Services to lead nursing staff delivering hospice and palliative care in home, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
You will mentor staff, schedule assignments, empower RN case managers, and ensure compliance with NHPCO and MJHS policies while collaborating with Admissions/Outreach.
