Job description
St. Croix Hospice in Middleton, WI is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care across shifts.
The 7/7 salaried position covers evenings, nights and weekend admissions, delivering compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in home settings with a rotating 7 days on/7 days off schedule. The RN will assess patients, develop and revise plans of care, administer treatments, document clinical notes, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with families.
