Job description
Affinity Hospice Management LLC seeks an On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse to respond to patient census and referrals after hours, delivering urgent clinical and psychosocial care. This role involves collaboration with the Hospice Medical Director, IDG, and vendors to ensure safe, effective pain management and symptom control.
The RN will document care meticulously, assess crises, and communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and family, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records
