Job description
Affinity Health Management seeks an On-Call Hospice RN to respond after hours for urgent patient and family needs, ensuring safe environments and symptom management. You will coordinate with physicians and the IDG to provide continuous care and report changes promptly.
This role requires a Florida RN license, nursing degree, and 2+ years of hospice/homecare experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential to visit patients in their homes.
