Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team providing compassionate hospice care in patients’ homes. The role involves coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and families to deliver skilled nursing services on evenings, weekends, and on-call hours.
Requirements include an RN license, CPR certification, and strong interpersonal and computer skills. Hospice/home health experience is preferred, with emphasis on high-quality patient and family support.
