Job description
Seeking an experienced Locum Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, home based care for patients with serious or life limiting illnesses in the Escondido area.
Assignment starts September 28, 2026
13 week assignment
Approximately patient visits per month
Home based patient care with local travel
Work closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team
Serve as a clinical resource for home health aides

Mileage reimbursed at $0.70 per mile
