Nurse Practitioner Chronic Care, Hybrid / In-Home Care Lowndes County, AL

We re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to step away from rushed visits, crowded schedules, and productivity pressure, and instead deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care to complex patients where it matters most: in their homes .
