Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician-Inpatient & Consult
Full-Time | Salary: $230,000+
Flushing Hospital Medical Center, part of the MediSys Health Network, is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician to join our growing interdisciplinary team. In this hospital-based role, you'll provide expert symptom management, lead goals-of-care conversations, and offer compassionate support to patients and families facing serious illness.
What You'll Do
Manage inpatient and consultative palliative care cases, including complex symptom management
Collaborate with hospitalists, nurses, case managers, chaplains, and the Maureen Russo Hospice Unit
Teach and mentor internal medicine residents and fellows
Serve a diverse, multicultural patient population across Queens, NY

Requirements Board Certified/Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
NYS Medical License (or eligible)
Experience in interdisciplinary care and complex symptom management
