Job description
An established, growing hospital-employed palliative care program in New York s Southern Adirondack region is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician. Join a collaborative inpatient team with plans to add outpatient services.
Position Highlights
- Established physician and advanced practice provider team.
- Full-time Monday Friday schedule with a four-day workweek option.
- Inpatient focus; outpatient expansion planned.
- Support from primary care, specialists, and hospitalist colleagues.

- Epic EMR.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation of $250,000 $270,000, based on experience.
