Job description
SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead interdisciplinary hospice care. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise RN and care teams, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure high-quality, compassionate end-of-life services in home and facility settings. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, mentoring, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with physicians, social workers, and chaplains.
