Job description
VitalCaring Group is seeking a Hospice Physical Therapist to plan, organize, and deliver therapy focused on comfort, function, and quality of life at end of life. You will guide patients and caregivers through supportive techniques, safe mobility, and education to promote dignity.
Responsibilities include assessing status, developing plans, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and educating families while maintaining the values of trust, capability, and compassion.
