Job description
Optum is seeking a Physical Therapist for hospice care in Oregon. You will perform age-appropriate assessments, develop home exercise programs, and provide patient and family instruction while collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Group to ensure quality care.
The role requires an active Oregon PT license and CPR certification. It is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,120 to $127,680 and a comprehensive benefits package.
