Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice Physician Designee to provide direction and oversight for patient care, ensuring plans of care are implemented and medically appropriate across multiple locations.
Reporting to the Medical Director, you will supervise hospice providers, participate in the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), assess eligibility, complete certifications, travel as needed, and serve as a medical resource to improve patient and family care.
