Job description
Gentiva Heartland Hospice is seeking a Hospice Physician to lead compassionate, goal-directed care for patients at home and in our hospice programs. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee regulatory compliance, and guide quality improvement efforts.
This role requires board certification, an active license, and the ability to travel. You will participate in IDG meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and support education for staff and community partners.
