Job description
Gentiva Hospice seeks a Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for patients at home or in the field. You will lead medical oversight, certify eligibility, supervise visits, and coordinate with the IDG to improve patient outcomes.
This role requires state licensure, ABMS/AOA board certification, NPI/DEA, travel 15-25%, and compliance with Medicare regulations. You will invoice for services rendered and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
