Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, overseeing regulatory compliance, and guiding quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
This is a job notification only; the Hospice Physician will invoice Gentiva for services rendered. The role requires medical licensure, ABMS/AOA-BOS board certification, NPI/DEA, and travel up to 25% as program needs dictate.
