Job description

Four Seasons seeks a Staff Physician for Hospice to provide direct patient care in hospice and palliative settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care aligned with physician and hospice standards.

The role requires MD/DO with NC license, DEA, and ideally Hospice and Palliative Medicine board eligibility or certification. Flexible scheduling and a commitment to high-quality patient care are expected.
