Job description
Hartford HealthCare at Home in Connecticut seeks a QAPI Specialist to drive quality improvement through data-driven analysis of clinical documentation, outcomes, infection control and patient satisfaction. You will compile trends, lead Performance Improvement Plans, review records, ensure ICD-10 coding accuracy, and support regulatory compliance across branches.
The role requires an AS degree, preferably a BS in a health field, and at least 3 years of home health quality experience.
