Job description
Hospice of NW Ohio is seeking a Compliance and Quality Leader to guide the agency's quality improvement programs and regulatory adherence. This role directs and coordinates audits, training, and policy updates across departments.
You will chair the QAPI Oversight Committee, review risk reports, and partner with leadership to ensure ongoing compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state regulations while promoting a patient-centered hospice philosophy.
