Luminary Hospice seeks a proactive Hospice Care Consultant to educate about hospice benefits and build access by developing referral relationships. You will engage facilities, families, and community partners to expand access and advocate for high-quality end‑of‑life care.
In this pipeline‑driven role, you’ll manage marketing initiatives, collaborate with care teams, and help shape strategy to meet budgetary goals while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care.
