Overview
Hospice - Registered Nurse - $2,059 per week. Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment. This role is a direct apply position with Trusted Health and emphasizes transparency in the travel nursing experience.
Shift
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
Provide end of life care to patients on the hospice unit.
Adhere to unit procedures and ensure timely completion of required lab items (within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place).
Qualifications
12 months of role experience required, with some experience in the last 12 months.
At least 24 months of hospice experience.
Travel experience preferred.
Experience with Altera Digital Health (a Harris Company) preferred.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
Travel only (local not allowed). Candidates must live >150 miles from the facility to be submitted.
Flu vaccination required for submission (religious and medical declinations accepted).
