Job description
Rocky Mountain Care Hospice in Murray, Utah, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Salt Lake City team on a 7-on / 7-off schedule. This full-time role offers meaningful end-of-life care in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
You will perform hospice visits, assess patients, provide skilled nursing and comfort-focused care, and educate families while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the care team.
