Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a dedicated Home Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end‑of‑life care in patients' homes. You will assess symptoms, relieve pain, and support families, guiding them through the palliative journey with dignity and respect.
You will work across sites with an interdisciplinary team, visiting patients 4–6 times daily and coordinating with social workers, physicians, and chaplains.
