Job description
Provide skilled hospice nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in their homes or care settings. Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, develop and update care plans, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
