Job description
Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in San Antonio to provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and ensure quality, compliant hospice care.
Ideal candidates have strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in an interdisciplinary setting.
