Hospice RN Case ManagerLocation: Milwaukee CountyPay: Up to $45/hr and a $10,000 sign on bonusWant meaningful work without giving up your life outside of work?15-18 patient caseload average5-6 visits/dayMonday-Friday 40 hoursNo routine on-call or weekends.
