nJob Summary We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a skilled clinician who operates with great attention to detail and compassion. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to assess, observe, and effectively communicate your patient's needs.
nResponsibilities
nCoordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
nAdminister medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
nDocument any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
nMaintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
nQualifications
nCurrently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Ohio
nPrevious Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred but not mandatory
nCommitment to excellence in clinical care and customer service
nExcellent communication skills
nExcellent interpersonal and client care skills
nValid driver’s license
nFirst aid/CPR certification required
