Job description
Sage Hospice Primary & Palliative Care in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive in-home hospice care. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, support patients and families, and ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
The ideal candidate has an RN license, current CPR, and several years of clinical nursing experience; hospice/home health experience is preferred. This full-time role offers stability in a patient-centered environment.
