Job description
AccentCare, Inc. is hiring an experienced RN for hospice IPC coverage in the Wilmington area. You will assess and plan individualized care, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and ensure compassionate end-of-life support for patients and families.
You will maintain thorough documentation, educate caregivers on medications and care tasks, and participate in after-hours coverage as part of a dedicated hospice team. A valid RN license and current CPR certification are required.
