Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a licensed RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within the South Austin, Buda, Kyle, and Dripping Springs territory. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure high-quality hospice services.
Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, patient/family education, and on-call coverage. Strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to manage complex emotional situations are essential.
