Job description
Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide in-home hospice care across South Austin, including Buda and surrounding areas. The RN will assess, plan, and coordinate care with the IDT and patient families to ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.
Required are an active RN license, ADN/BSN degree, and CPR certification, with hospice/home health experience preferred. Strong communication and ethics are essential in this role.
