Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to administer skilled nursing care at patients' homes and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. You will support patients and families, ensuring high-quality end-of-life care in their residence.
The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience, preferably in hospice or home health, with strong communication and organizational skills.
