Job description
NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Registered Nurse with hospice experience to coordinate patient services and serve as a frontline contact for patients, families and clinicians. The role supports end-of-life care across homes, skilled nursing facilities and hospitals in a compassionate team environment.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NYS RN license, BCLS certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable car.
