Job description
AdventHealth is seeking a registered nurse for home health and hospice nursing, coordinating care from diagnosis to discharge. You will document care in EMR, administer medications, and educate patients and families.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 3+ years in home health or acute care; BSN preferred. Day shift, full-time, with some on-call responsibilities. Based in Florida with multiple service areas.
