Job description
VIA Health Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hospice House Aldersgate. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering patient and caregiver care in a non-profit hospice setting.
You will perform nursing assessments, develop and update care plans, educate families, and collaborate with the IDG to ensure seamless care. A current RN license, CPR, and hospice experience are required or preferred.
