Job description
Brighton Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and facility-based care for a designated patient group. You will join an interdisciplinary team, offering psychosocial assessments and utilizing community resources to support patients and families.
The role requires after-hours visits with the on-call team, strong collaboration, and solid time management. Travel across the service area is expected with reliable transportation.
